Nice flat, clean and cozy. Close to tram stop, 3 min walk. 10 min to Zurich HB station. Supermarket nearby, 3 min walk. Kitchen has coffee machine, toaster, oven, dishes. Staff friendly, Maja was helpful with info about transport and city areas. Modern place with dishwasher and washing machine. Bathroom plus extra toilet. Near lake and Old Town within 3 km walking distance or tram 200 m away. Quiet neighborhood, safe area. Good facilities overall
